Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Group rules: 6-9 guests 48 hours, 10+ guests 72 hours. Refunds processed within 7 business days.

- Groups of 6-9: free cancellation up to 48 hours before; 10+ guests: 72 hours before
- Refunds to card are processed within 7 business days
- Bad weather (sandstorm or rain) cancelled by us: full refund or free date change
